C&W advises the buyer in the purchase of a residential tower in Helsinki

Cushman & Wakefield acted as Union Investment’s advisor in the forward purchase of a residential tower in Vuosaari, Helsinki

Helsinki, February 2021 – Cushman & Wakefield Finland advised Union Investment in the purchase of a residential tower in Vuosaari.

When finished, the residential tower will have some 216 residential units across 24 floors and a lettable area of over 10,000 sqm.
The planned residential tower was Union Investment’s first residential acquisition in the Finnish market.
