C&W advises the seller in the divestment of a business park asset in Helsinki

Cushman & Wakefield acted as the seller’s advisor in the sale of Duetto Park in Helsinki

Helsinki, February 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield Finland advised the seller in the divestment of Duetto Park, a business park asset in Käpylä, Helsinki.

The 7-storey office building has some 15,000 sqm of lettable area in two conjoined buildings. The asset was sold to Revcap, a British real estate investor.
