Cushman & Wakefield acted as Vestas IM’s advisor in the sale of a large single-tenant logistics asset to Deka

Helsinki, February 2021 – Cushman & Wakefield Finland advised Vestas IM in the sale of a prime logistics asset occupied by DSV in Hakkila, Vantaa.

The property was divested with a record-low yield to Deka, a German real estate investor.
