C&W advises the seller in the sale of a to-be-constructed residential building

 

JM Suomi has signed a contract to sell a to-be- constructed residential asset in Helsinki to NREP

 

Helsinki, March 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield Finland advised JM Suomi in the forward sale of a residential property in Herttoniemi, Helsinki.

The construction is expected to be completed in the beginning of 2024 and the building will have 128 residential units and 3 retail units.
