The experts in Cushman & Wakefield’s valuation team are Authorized Property Valuers (AKA) and approved by the Property Valuation Board of Finland Chamber of Commerce (KHK). All our real estate valuations are carried out in accordance with International Valuation Standards (IVS). Our services also include certificates of valuation carried out in accordance with RICS (Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors). We also take into consideration the IFRS (International Financing Reporting Standards) requirements.
