Sell-side advisory
Sell-side advisory is rooted in our profound expertise in the Finnish real estate market and our extensive network of contacts. When representing the property seller, we thoroughly analyse the source information and, if necessary, make suggestions for measures that can have an impact on the sales price. During a sell-side mandate, our principle is to operate in the same manner as your company’s internal sales unit would to achieve the desired goals.
Buy-side advisory
When advising a property buyer, we analyse the characteristics of the investment property and guide them in making a purchase offer. During the buy-side advisory process, we help the client to evaluate whether the asset meets the investment requirements of the client’s strategy, while providing the client with the latest information about the real estate market, the economic overview and the opportunities and risks of the property.
