C&W advises the purchase of Aleksanterinkatu 19

Cushman & Wakefield has advised Union Investment on the purchase of the office and commercial
property of Aleksanterinkatu 19. The property that was built in 1898 offers over 8,000 square
metres of available premises. Union Investment purchased the property for approximately €148
million.
