C&W advises the seller in the divestment of Itis shopping centre

Cushman & Wakefield has advised Wereldhave on the sale of Itis shopping center. Itis is one of the biggest shopping centers in the Nordic countries, and it was sold to a fund managed by Morgan Stanley for approximately €516 million.
