C&W advises the seller in the divestment of a logistics and light industrial portfolio in the HMA

 

Cushman & Wakefield acted as Akiva’s advisor in the sale of a logistics and light industrial platform to Mileway

Helsinki, June 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield Finland advised Akiva in the divestment of a 11-asset logistics and light industrial portfolio with all assets located in the Helsinki Metropolitan area.

The portfolio has 11 assets and a lettable area of approximately 66,000 sqm.
