C&W advises the seller in the divestment of a residential development asset in Helsinki

Cushman & Wakefield advised Newil & Bau and Samla Capital in the sale of a residential development asset to Kojamo

Helsinki, May 2021 – Cushman & Wakefield Finland advised Newil & Bau and Samla Capital in the forward sale of a residential property in Lehtisaari, Helsinki.

The construction of the asset is expected to be completed in March 2023. The two rental buildings will have some 54 high-quality residential units. All units will have balconies or spacious terraces and the property will offer the residents additional services such as car-sharing and a cleaning service.
